SUMMARY
Changing code page results in reseting field delimiter in such way, that all
the content is displayed in a single column, but the previously-selected value
on the drop down list remains.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempt to import a CSV
2. Choose a correct field delimiter if requires
3. Change encoding type
OBSERVED RESULT
All the content is displayed in a single column, with the content seemingly
separated with one or more tabulations
EXPECTED RESULT
Columns should remain as previously configured
