After setting up Google Drive account in KDE Online Accounts, Dolphin fails to
load "folder" with the following error:

cd /run/user/1000/kio-fuse-aemmXY/remote/gdrive-network
bash: cd: /run/user/1000/kio-fuse-aemmXY/remote/gdrive-network: Input/output
error

This error comes from the terminal pane of Dolphin.

System:    Kernel: 5.13.6-1-default x86_64 bits: 64 Desktop: KDE Plasma 5.22.4 
           Distro: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20210803

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter Username & Password in KDE Online Accounts & Give KDe permission to
access gdrive 
2. Open Dolphin. Search for Account in "Network" Folder
3. Attempt to Open (in my case) "Google Drive" folder. 

OBSERVED RESULT

With Terminal Pane open in Dolphin:

cd /run/user/1000/kio-fuse-aemmXY/remote/gdrive-network
bash: cd: /run/user/1000/kio-fuse-aemmXY/remote/gdrive-network: Input/output
error
