Crashfix: when undo&redoing colorize mask operations
Layer properties change triggers deactivation/activation of tool
actions, which in turn triggers the alternate action again (happens if
CTRL+Shift/ALT+Shift shortcut is used). But this action sometimes starts
from an intermediate state which results in a crash.
