SUMMARY
I can't open any window using the the Latte task manager with keyboard
shortcuts
OBSERVED RESULT
On my Kubuntu 20.10 with Latte 0.9.98, I can't open any windows using the
keyboard shortcuts. Latte 0.9.12 on my KDE Neon Testing Edition is also
experiencing the same thing, but it activates the task manager on my secondary
monitor with default Plasma panel.
EXPECTED RESULT
I should be able to open applications with keyboard shortcuts
