Bug ID: 440248 Summary: [feature request] distinguish text highlight w/o text annotation by small icon Product: okular Version: unspecified Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: okular-de...@kde.org Reporter: wztdr...@163.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 140314 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=140314&action=edit example from foxitreader Okular is great, thank you all for this excellent work. Text highlight is very common for annotation, sometimes we prefer to add text directly to the text highlight, by double click it then enter some text comment. So in this condition, there will be two types of text highlight annotations, one without text comment, the other with text comment. It is not easy to distinguish them when reading the pdf. It will be better to add a small icon(someone call it note bubble) to the text highlight mark with text comment in it. I believe this is very useful, and will attract more users. See the example in the attachment.
