SUMMARY
The file menu does not include import / export functions.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kaddrressbook in KDE Neon 5.22.3 (stable).
2. Click on "File"
OBSERVED RESULT
The import and export functions are not available.
EXPECTED RESULT
The import / export functions ought to be functional.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I just installed a fresh copy of Neon (Stable) yesterday, 16 July, 2021. .iso
file name = nneon-user-20210715-0945.iso. Packages are up to date, according to
"Discover".
