I'd agree, strange that there's nothing shown after "Terms:" beyond the
mimetype...

In this instance, I'd find a completely different MP3, look at that and
compare.

I've just discovered that "exiftool", something I'd only considered as looking
at metadata in image files, can also list the metadata for audio/video. Well,
worked for me for a small sample of files. Try

    exiftool ...yourfile...
