            Bug ID: 439603
Summary: [Feature request] Allow crop and rotation when chosing
                    user profile picture
           Product: systemsettings
           Version: 5.22.3
          Platform: Kubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: kcm_users
          Assignee: uhh...@gmail.com
          Reporter: andrea.i...@gmail.com
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
When I browse and select a photo to use as profile picture, I'd like to be able
to perform basic adjustments, like cropping and rotation, before applying my
changes.
This can be handy for those cases in which the subject is not centered in the
frame, or a rotation adjustment is needed.

I've noticed this on Kubuntu 21.04 running KDE Plasma 5.21.4, but asked on the
reddit sub and a KDE contributor told me this feature doesn't exist at all even
on later versions, hence version set as latest.

Not sure about the severity and Component.
