Location of context menu from individual monitors File View widget.

SUMMARY
The Folder View widget context menu opens in the wrong location if not in left
monitors panel on my three monitor setup.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have multiple monitors (three in my case).
2. Click on Folder View widget in panel.
3. Left click on a file to bring up context menu
4. Observe where context menu opens.

OBSERVED RESULT
On left monitor context menu opens left of cursor as it should.

On center monitor, context menu opens on the bottom left corner of the monitor
unless the item selected is one of the top two items in the menu, where it then
opens on the left monitor in the same location as described below on the right
monitor.

On the right monitor the context menu opens on the lower left corner of left
monitor around 100 pixels or so from the edge.

EXPECTED RESULT

Context menu opens on the upper right of pointer as it does when clicked while
on the left monitor.
