Kubuntu 16.04. All updates are installed.
A have this bug too. In my localization (Russian) duplicated menu items
"Folder..." ("Папку...") and "Text File..." ("Текстовый файл..."). In fact,
this is a bug too. And if I choose "Folder..." in English, the Dolphin
immediately crashed.
Duplicate menu items are highlighted in red in the screenshot.
