I just use the one provided by the linux distribution or go to
https://www.gimp.org/about/linking.html. They have a couple there.

In this case, opensuse-tumbleweed,
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/32x32/apps/gimp.png. But when I right-click the gimp
icon (it happens to all icons on the panel), and select "Icon Settings", I get
a window that says "Keyboard Shortcuts".  There is nothing about Icon's on that
window.  So at this moment, I don't know how to change these icons.

I was able to change the launcher's icon to
/usr/share/icons/oxygen/32x32/apps/kde.png, by right-clicking the launcher,
selecting "Application Menu Settings" and checking the box, "Use custom image"
and browsing to the location.
