SUMMARY
When pressing a shortcut to open the activity selector (i.e Meta+Q) nothing
happens.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a shortcut/Review the shortcut set for opening the activity selector
2. Press that shortcut
OBSERVED RESULT
The activity selector doesn't open
EXPECTED RESULT
The activity selector should have opened

Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.83.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Opening the activity selector by binding it to a screen edge works as a
workaround, but it's not ideal.
