Note that I only kept one level for "main regions", as this is what the
activity is about. There is no reason to have smaller "sub-regions" just for
one country, and adding such "sub-regions" for all the countries would be too
heavy to maintain and too big to ship by default. Probably in the future with
the admin' interface and/or the downloadable localized dataset concept we can
let users add their own more-detailed levels for their country, but for default
content let's stick to "main regions".
