SUMMARY
While reporting a bug with drkonqi I noticed that tooltips do not appear at the
right place
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a drkonqi window
2. Maximize it vertically
3. Put the mouse pointer on the "Close" button
4. Wait for the tooltip to appear
OBSERVED RESULT
tooltip appears where it would have if the window had not been maximized
EXPECTED RESULT
tooltip appears at the usual location
