SUMMARY
If a program is pinned, after uninstalling it leaves a placeholder icon
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin a program
2. Uninstall it
OBSERVED RESULT
Placeholder icon is shown once the program is uninstalled.
EXPECTED RESULT
Uninstalling a program also removes it's icon
