SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have task manager (with window titles, not icons-only) in the panel.
2. Configure task manager -> select 'Highlight windows when hovering over task
tooltips'.
3. Hover over a task.
OBSERVED RESULT
Only thumbnail of the window is shown.
EXPECTED RESULT
Full-screen preview of the window is shown.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The feature stopped working after upgrading from 5.21 to 5.22.
This is not a duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=306336, as the
effect does not work even after it is enabled.
