Note that moving them to store.kde.org is a task unrelated to how they look. We
would do this because because we generally have gotten out of the habit of
shipping 1st-party non-default themes, as it decreases the maintenance burden
and managed expectations better. I agree with you that Plastik and Air should
be moved out of their respective repos and onto store.kde.org, but for those
reasons, specifically.
Note that Oxygen is separated in its own repo already, and shipped by distros
in package form, so putting it on store.kde.org would be redundant.
However we need multiple bug reports for multiple things. See
https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Issue_Reporting#One_issue_per_Bugzilla_ticket.
So can you file two new bug reports:
1. on plasma-frameworks saying that Air should be moved to store.kde.org
2. on kwin saying that Plastik should be moved to store.kde.oirg
