Notification that can't be clicked/executed
SUMMARY
Once a KDe active notification elapses and moves to the "list of
notifications", it's action cannot be clicked/activated anymore.
OBSERVED RESULT
See attached screenshot. On click of the notification it doesn't do
anything/doesn't open/execute program action and it doesn't disappear from the
list.
EXPECTED RESULT
The click on the notification invokes the program's action and the notification
disappears from the list of the notifications - it executes exactly the same
behaviour as if it was clicked before it moved into the "list of
notifications".
