Quick open with unwanted entries
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add an "Exclude" filter to the project
2. Type something in "quick open" that is contained in the filtered files
OBSERVED RESULT
Quick open includes files that should be excluded
EXPECTED RESULT
Those files shouldn't be listed
