SUMMARY
Set up an email account in Kontact.
The option "collapse all groups" to collapse all the emails does not remain
intact once you change to some other folder and come back.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. If I am in the folder Inbox. Right click on email option to select "collapse
all groups". The collapse is successful.
2. Change to another folder (say sent items) and then again move back to Inbox
3. The Inbox email contents are no longer collapsed. They have switched back to
expanded mode.
OBSERVED RESULT
The emails are no longer collapsed (they again expand)
EXPECTED RESULT
Even with the change of folder, the emails should have remained collapsed until
the user selects the option "expand all groups".
