SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Manjaro KDE stable 64-bit
2. After starting the operating system, when you press a key combination to
switch the keyboard layout (standard, custom), the OSD panel is not displayed.
In Manjaro 19 this OSD panel worked
3. I mean the panel as when you press start + space in windows 10
