This bug should be fixed in the new Color Smudge engine that is included in
Krita 5.
In this new engine there are two modes: old and new. In the "old" mode, the
effect of this bug is just reduced, in the "new" mode of the colorsmudge
engine,
the bug should be fixed completely.
