--- Comment #5 from Dan Leinir Turthra Jensen <ad...@leinir.dk> --- The problem we've got here is that it is not entirely obvious whether something was in fact cancelled for some sensible reason (such as aborting an ongoing search to replace it with another), or whether it was cancelled somewhere in the stack by something the user did not ask for.
