SUMMARY
Notes show umlauts only in the edit note widget. They are missing in the final
note
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select the quick annotation tool number 2
2. write an annotation with umlauts (äüöß) and press OK
3. press Esc to leave annotation mode
4. double-click note
OBSERVED RESULT
Now you see both the note (without umlauts) and the note editor (with umlauts)
