SUMMARY
Okular displays a notificationbanner whenever a pdf contains forms. The setting
"Show hints and messages" in "Settings -> Configure Okular -> General -> Show
hints and messages" is not respected, so the notification is always shown every
time a pdf with forms is opened.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. take a pdf with forms (eg.
https://splittermond.de/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Splittermond_Charakterbogen_Formular.pdf
, a pen and paper character sheet)
2. Unset "Settings -> Configure Okular -> General -> Show hints and messages"
3. Open file
OBSERVED RESULT
The notification is still displayed, even though hints and messages are
disabled.
EXPECTED RESULT
The notification should not be displayed
