The network speed widget "Upload" and "Download" text labels are too long and
elide, especially when using the German translations and additional causes the
more interesting values for the current averaged up/download speed to have only
few space.
A solution could be to use the simple and self-explaining ↓ ↑ symbols instead
of text.
