SUMMARY
The spell check packages are installed on my system, but the runner still does
not work for the system language. Only definitions of English words are
displayed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried to contact two developers and they both informed me basically the same
thing
> The KRunner plugin uses the dataengine from plasma-workspace
