I can confirm this issue (on Windows).
Not only alt+r isn't working all other alt+… shortcuts are not working inside
the title window.
I assume that's an assignment problem as alt+.. refers to the top menu. Alt+f =
open the file menu, alt+e opens the edit menu. Maybe we have to exchange alt
with another key.
