Both have "Terminal=true". Clicking in the Desktop on one works OK. Clicking on the other gives the error message (in Dutch): Waarschuwing: Kon geen interactieve shell om te starten vinden. which is a translation from: Warning: Could not find an interactive shell to start. Which is present in the language translation file konsole.pot. This behavior started after a recent update of openSUSE Tumbleweed. So I believe this is application konsole related. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Put a .desktop file with Terminal=true in the Desktop folder. 2. Click on the icon of this file. 3. The konsole window appears showing this error message.
