Global Theme section (with no install from file button, as opposed to all the
other sections)
SUMMARY
Lack of "install from file" button on Global Theme part of Appearance section
in System Settings
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to Appearance and click on eg. Cursors, there will be an "install from
file" button
4. Go to Global Theme
OBSERVED RESULT
No "install from file" button, only one to "Get new global themes" from KDE
Store
EXPECTED RESULT
There would be an "install from file" button, as with other sections in
appearance, that lets you install a global theme from a local file.
