SUMMARY
kmymoney --help
shows option
--help-all which should include some more options
but
kmymoney --help-all
simply starts a regular kmymoney instance.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. kmymoney --help
2. kmymoney --help-all
OBSERVED RESULT
1. shows help in teminal and exits.
2. starts regular kmymoney ui
EXPECTED RESULT
show expanded help in terminal and exit.
