STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install fedora kde 34
2. Try to install pulseaudio-module-gsettings
3. fail
OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot install pulseaudio-module-gsettings which makes kcm less useful,
EXPECTED RESULT
Not rely on pulseaudio-module-gsettings
