STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add upside-downed video from gopro
2. add effect - flip V
3. add effect - flip H
4. split clip by two parts
OBSERVED RESULT
newer part became broken(older just fine), both effect(H and V) are not
working, but still existing in effect tab
