It seems more like we should just enable the Minimize All script by default.
Shipping an off-by default script doesn't make much sense IMO. If we don't want
to do that, I think we shouldn't ship it by default. Shipping off-by-default
scripts by default doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
Let's track issues with the effect itself in other bug reports.
