A lot like GNOME Clocks, in fact It's a good idea, but in the real world, you don't combine several apps together; their code is not plug-and-play re-usable like that. So what we would actually do is create a whole new app with the features of all of these four. :) Or alternatively we would choose one to be the new "master" app and add features to it. KClock is probably the most promising candidate as it is actively developed using a modern UI toolkit.
