SUMMARY
Watching notifications show up in Plasma is painful: it takes 3-4 seconds of
rendering artifacts and repositioning, including some notifications randomly
jumping to a different screen corner.
On the one hand, it motivates me to reduce the number of notifications :)
On the other hand, I'd prefer that the ones I need are displayed faster.
