SUMMARY
The previous version of Kate (20.12.3) would remember whether the toolbar was
shown or hidden, but the latest version (21.04.0) does not.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Kate.
2. Hide the toolbar.
3. Close Kate.
4. Start Kate again.
OBSERVED RESULT
The toolbar is again visible.
EXPECTED RESULT
The toolbar should still be hidden.
