Consider adding the most recent package of Skanlite
(https://www.kde.org/applications/graphics/skanlite/) to the list of KDE Neon
applications installed by default, or at least to the KDE repository. This is
an essential piece of software for people who own scanners or all-in-one
printers, and the version on the Ubuntu repository is old.
Also, even if you search for "scan" on Discover, it doesn't show up, because
it's still buggy: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=360003
