The marker system changed slightly for 21.04 (coming soon). If you double click
on the marker name in the timeline the edit dialog opens as requested. For the
monitor overlayer this is not possible, but you can directly change the name by
click (to set the cursor) and type… Does that fit to your needs? Please test as
soon as 21.04 is out or try with the nightly build already now…
