utf eml that is not correctly decoded

open attached eml with right click -> KMail view

cat: Mit freundlichen Grüssen
kmail: Mit freundlichen Grüssen

even if kmail is set to utf encoding.

The mail is created via thunderbird -> save as


Is there a workaround?!
