STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings > Appearance
2. go back to intro page by clicking on home icon beside the search field
3. click on Appearance in the sidebar
OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, subitems of Appearance category are
not accessible
