Bug ID: 435412 Summary: often a webshortcut just shows a spinning "busy" icon but does not do anything else Product: krunner Version: 5.21.0 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: webshortcuts Assignee: alexander.loh...@gmx.de Reporter: kol...@aon.at CC: plasma-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- Since some recent update when I use krunner (Alt-F2) and type some google search via "gg:something" hitting enter just shows a spinning busy icon in krunner but does not start my default browser (firefox) with the google search. This worked great in the last years so something fundamental must have changed. The weird thing is that sometimes it works (starting firefox immediately). I have not found a pattern yet. Note that I usually run a session for a very long time, just suspending my laptop, so it has nothing to do with a new session. Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20210330 KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.80.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.11.6-1-default OS Type: 64-bit Graphics Platform: X11 Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-6300U CPU @ 2.40GHz Memory: 15,5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa DRI Intel® HD Graphics 520 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
