Unless I'm missing something: there's no user interface to manage feeds, and no
support for RSS 2.0.

1. Visit <https://www.freshports.org/>
OBSERVED RESULT
2. no visible hint that there's a feed
EXPECTED RESULT
2. a hint that there's a feed
3. <https://www.freshports.org/backend/rss2.0.php> should render as a feed.
