STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.pkexec env DISPLAY=$DISPLAY XAUTHORITY=$XAUTHORITY KDE_SESSION_VERSION=5
KDE_FULL_SESSION=true dolphin
2.close dolphin
3. open konsole
OBSERVED RESULT
konsole opens as root
EXPECTED RESULT
konsole opens as the user
