SUMMARY
The quick launch widget is not adjusted for RTL.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a RTL language (Hebrew, Arabic, Persian, etc.)
2. Add the quick launch widget ("הפעלה מהירה" in Hebrew)
3. Add (an) application(s) to it.
OBSERVED RESULT
The quick launch widget is not adjusted for RTL, and the application(s) is/are
not in the center of the widget.
EXPECTED RESULT
The quick launch widget is adjusted for RTL, and the application(s) is/are in
the center of the widget.
