Khotkeys allows setting the groups, depending on the active window. This
allows, for instance, to use a keypad as a macropod when Inkscape is active
while still using a keypad for inputting numbers in web browsers and text
editors. However, it is impossible to reuse the keypad key for hotkey in a
different group. This for instance prohibits users from setting keypad for use
with both Inkscape and gimp. I think that this is not ideal and should be
addressed.
