Switching from floating windows to maximized windows with Slide Back effect
enabled is not great.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable Slide Back effect
2. switch between a maximized window and a floating window
OBSERVED RESULT
Maximized windows with this effect are kinda disorienting and feels weird.
EXPECTED RESULT
Do not apply this effect on maximized windows.
