When some menu/popup covers a window with a dark background this weird effect
appears, only when blur is enabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable blur
2. tile something with a dark background to bottom left (e.g konsole with a
dark background color, youtube theater mode)
3. launch kickoff and close it
OBSERVED RESULT
Weird blur "ghost" appears
EXPECTED RESULT
Weird blur "ghost" should not appear
