Solus is already listed on https://community.kde.org/Distributions. If you're
talking about https://kde.org/distributions/ instead, that list is a curated
list of distros that offer a first-class KDE experience, Solus is not even
shipping Plasma 5.21 yet, last I checked. The Plasma session seems to be an
afterthought, which makes sense since Solus has their own DE.
