Reopening. The bug is partially fixed, but not fully (maybe you have an idea).
I used a testing version of KDE Neon (to have some patches) and in Xorg all
monitors (builded in laptop and external) works. On Wayland only build-in
works. KDE now detects external monitor (and "use" it), but the screen goes to
power-save mode (probably not receiving any data to draw).
